Fagan Heritage
Cultural Heritage Business Services
Fagan Heritage provides specialist cultural heritage, agreement-making and governance support exclusively to Aboriginal Corporations, PBCs and Traditional Owner groups.
Led by Dr Anna Fagan, Fagan Heritage assists Aboriginal organisations to strengthen their heritage systems, protect cultural information, negotiate better agreements, manage consultations, build internal capacity and assert Traditional Owner decision-making across cultural heritage, environmental and project assessment processes.
Our work is grounded in Aboriginal self-determination and the right of Traditional Owners to make informed decisions about Country, culture and future. We centre free, prior and informed consent, Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property, data sovereignty and the enduring protection of Country in all aspects of our work.
